We kicked off the festivities at the Black Ivy Holiday Party in Manhattan last Saturday, where we proudly served on the host committee. This event was more than a party; it was a celebration of Black Excellence in our community, featuring art, live performances, and an immersive cultural experience. Not only did the Black Ivy team surpass their ticket sales goal, but they also hinted at exciting events throughout 2024.

As a host-committee member, I had the privilege of collaborating with the brilliant minds behind the event—Douglas Brown (Operations Manager), Alexis Flakes (Creative Director), Excel Ansong (Marketing Director), and Robert Newman (Executive Producer).

But the surprises didn't end there! The Black Ivy Executive Team presented us with their Community Partner Award, recognizing LEVELUP in NYC for promoting awareness and embodying the core values of the Black Ivy Holiday Party Executive Planning Committee. A huge shoutout to the Black Ivy team for acknowledging our platform!
